Ever wonder why Gear Second?

I never thought this would come, I mean people actually read my blog, not people but friends :D. At first, my reason for blogging just to remind me of what has happen in the past. But now, they mock me for not updating my blog, well not all but some of them do that, I refer them as Kemetot girls(Putting this phrase means I'm starting a war with them) wa ga ga.

I'm so busy lately, with my work and haven't had the time to actually relaxed and enjoy my life. I haven't play badminton for 5 month now, added few kilo already, damn. But that can be remove. So today topic is about my Blog title.

Ever wonder why "GEAR SECOND!!". I purposely put GEAR SECOND because it has several meaning for me. This phrase come from Anime "One Piece", one of the best Anime I've ever watched. Basically it is a story about pirates, it is the new age of pirate where everybody is searching for a treasure called "One Piece".

This is the treasure left behind by Gol D. Roger, the strongest pirate alive, and owner of the legendary treasure known as One Piece. Roger was famed as the man who did what no one thought possible - he conquered the Grand Line (The location in One Piece story). Even before setting out, he was the only man who truly did not fear the dangers of the Grand Line and was even excited about venturing out there. Even with warnings about ships never returning from that ocean, he did not care; in fact, he even declared that was the reason for him going. He was said to be completely fearless, and those who witnessed his execution even claim that he grinned just before his death.

Anyway, back to the point, Monkey D. Luffy (Main character in the Anime). He is the captain of the Mugiwara(mean Straw Hat) Pirates. Luffy had the highest bounty in East Blue(Another location in One Piece Anime) at 300 million Belli (currency value in One Piece Anime), after defeating Rob Lucci of CP9, demolishing Enies Lobby and declaring war on the World Government. Gear Second is one of Luffy's skill set. Luffy namely calls these adjustments Gears; Gear Second and Gear Third. In Gear Second, Luffy uses his rubbery legs to increase the circulation in his blood, providing more metabolism in his body, making him much more agile and his attacks a lot more swift. In Gear Third, Luffy can inflate any part of his body to gigantic size with matching equivalent strength to that of a Giant's.

So, I got the idea from One Piece :). Why I used Gear Second? Well because the word Second/2nd/2 has significant value to me. I'm born as a second child in my family, my birthday have twice no. 2 in it (24/12/79) hehehe.

New Year Eve Activity

On 31 Dec 2007, I worked until 9p.m. because my team need to deploy new version of our application. On the way to my house, I make a quick stop at Zati Manis Restaurant at W.Maju section 2 to buy dinner for my siblings. Reached home around 10p.m. straight away ate my dinner that I had bought. I called IceBlade afterward to start our ultimate battle.

We start playing Dota at 11p.m. The games was bad, I mean our team performance really suck. On top of that, the network was unstable, all players were complaining to host (IceBlade) why the game was lagging and delayed. Because of these reason they say they can't performed. But surprisingly, when they (our opponent) were owning, they kept quite as if the problem just gone with the wind. I hate this kind of people, really do. The only reason they can beat our team was because one of our teammate leaved the game, it was 4 vs 5, which gave them huge advantage to pawn us. But the good part was, I managed to get 10 kill, I died 8 times using Barathum - Spirit Breaker.

Come to think of it, when you played in a advance level , all players stick with each other, so its quite hard to kill them by your self, we also need to stick and start GB (Gang Bang) them, and in order to do this, all of our teammate need to synchronize with each other to get the absolute timing to gank them. Unfortunately, since one of our teammate leaved (I'm not sure the reason why), and another of our teammate started talking shit, we lost the game. Suddenly out of nowhere, he start blaming Aniki, I guess the main reason he got so angry was because nobody in the team listen to him, then when we start losing, he started to blame others..zzzz.

Aniki was trying to match with me on killing heroes, when I start to kill, he immediately search his victim, but since I'm using my all time favourite hero (refer here ) I managed to get more kill, Aniki managed to kill 6 hero :) thumbs up for him.

We played until 4.30a.m. in the morning, luckily it was new year's holiday, so no problem sleeping at that hour, but I must send my lil'sis to UiTM Shah Alam at 8a.m. so I only managed to sleep for 2 hours only, damn I was so sleepy, After drop my lil'sis at Shah Alam, I need to see her,which I had promised her the day before, I can't just cancelled like that, so, with the leftover energy, I forced myself to kept my promised to her. It was worth it though, she's happy, I went back home at 3.30p.m and sleep until 7p.m.

I've made plan with IceBlade,Aniki & Along to play Dota again afterward :)) - My life is corrupted by Dota hahaha.
